Challenge: A $50m evaluated wholesale e-commerce marketplace for independent brands and retailers had grown significantly over the previous year but struggled to retain newly acquired customers.
Method
Took over end-to-end management of the email channel
Overhauled the tone of voice, content strategy, and email templates in Klaviyo.
Implemented a new post-purchase program.
Results: Delivered a +19% incremental revenue increase from email in the first month. Doubled the conversion from Abandoned Cart flow, and increased AOV from email by +14%. Increased customer retention by 145% YoY.

Challenge: Derm-grade skincare brand Dear Brightly needed help setting up Klaviyo and automations, and creating an email and SMS strategy to gather insights quickly, in order to bring their solution to more new customers.
Method
Set up email channel on Klaviyo, including marketing automations, content calendar, and A/B testing strategy.
Took over messaging strategy for SMS on Attentive.
Implemented reporting framework across email and SMS to enable quick acting on A/B test results and create a feedback loop for the strategy.
Results: Delivered $100k in email revenue and $123k in SMS revenue in less than a year. Grew database by 6% month over month.
