Challenge: A $50m evaluated wholesale e-commerce marketplace for independent brands and retailers had grown significantly over the previous year but struggled to retain newly acquired customers.

Method

  • Took over end-to-end management of the email channel

  • Overhauled the tone of voice, content strategy, and email templates in Klaviyo.

  • Implemented a new post-purchase program.

Results: Delivered a +19% incremental revenue increase from email in the first month. Doubled the conversion from Abandoned Cart flow, and increased AOV from email by +14%. Increased customer retention by 145% YoY.

Challenge: The founder of the clean skincare brand Ghost Democracy was preparing to launch the brand and needed someone who could own the email marketing strategy and cross-channel communications strategy.

Method

  • Created and executed CRM strategy and advised on channel mix. Set up Klaviyo and created brand templates.

  • Maintained email calendar and set cadence for ongoing email campaigns. Created content for automated flows and ongoing campaigns.

  • Worked with loyalty provider Yotpo to deliver a loyalty scheme.

Challenge: Luxury jewellery brand Livewell Design is a scale-up with a small, mighty team. They needed a marketing expert to step in for the first time and guide them on marketing strategy, as well as help them leverage their database in the best way and drive sales during key commercial moments.

Challenge: Derm-grade skincare brand Dear Brightly needed help setting up Klaviyo and automations, and creating an email and SMS strategy to gather insights quickly, in order to bring their solution to more new customers.

Method

  • Set up email channel on Klaviyo, including marketing automations, content calendar, and A/B testing strategy.

  • Took over messaging strategy for SMS on Attentive.

  • Implemented reporting framework across email and SMS to enable quick acting on A/B test results and create a feedback loop for the strategy.

Results: Delivered $100k in email revenue and $123k in SMS revenue in less than a year. Grew database by 6% month over month.

Challenge:  Luxury jewellery brand Almasika, worn by Michelle Obama, Reese Witherspoon, Sandrah Oh & more, had launched a new website and needed help setting up their Klaviyo welcome flows. They also needed to increase awareness across their target audience and reposition the brand as a gifting choice.

Method

  • Designed and ran a brand awareness campaign on Facebook targeting key segments affiliated with the target customers.

  • Created and implemented subscriber acquisition pop-ups on-site.

  • Set up Klaviyo account, designed and deployed welcome flows, BAU email templates, and weekly email campaigns.

  • Designed and deployed Facebook and Instagram ads with personalised creative for each of the 6 targeted segments.
